Return Policy

We hope you will love your Stix N Tops special designed umbrella, umbrella topper, tent, tablecloth or other items you purchased.  Umbrellas, umbrella toppers, tents, and other items need to be handled with care and properly secured.  All umbrellas need to be tightly secured in an umbrella base. Tents need to be set up following the included directions to ensure safety. Tents and umbrellas should be dismantled and stored when not in use. Umbrellas, tents, toppers, and other items like all items left outdoors in the sun and weather conditions over time will fade and become worn.  An umbrella cover should be purchased for added protection for umbrellas. Unsecured umbrellas and tents can become airborne.  We are not responsible for any defects, injuries, damage, accidents, or other harm resulting from the improper use, assembly, or handling or inadequate securing of umbrellas, toppers, tents, or other items.

Except as listed herein, you may return an item within 30 days from the actual purchase for a refund (less shipping, handling and a 15% restocking fee). Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, abuse, accidents, improper storage, or alterations. We cannot accept returns for items that were personalized or special orders unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item we will first try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved you may return the item.  In no event will returns be accepted if 30 days or more have passed since the date of purchase.

To return an item, please contact us. We will first try to correct the issue. If we cannot correct the issue, and no exception to return applies, we will provide you with an authorization number. You are responsible for paying shipping and handling costs for returned items, in addition to the original shipping and handling costs.   We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Ensure all items are packaged properly before they are returned.
